All personal information when registering with the Universal Self-Defence Academy is kept confidential and protected and is only stored for a period of time needed to provide requested services and for associated accounting and legal obligations and safety management procedures.

Only authorized personnel responsible for providing you with your requested services and have a duty of care and management have access to your details. We do not sell, share or give any personal information to direct marketing companies or unrelated third party services.

SHOPPING ONLINE SECURITY
To ensure your personal information is protected when registering to shop online we use state of the art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect any information you enter, including your credit card details.

This means that the information you send is encrypted by your computer first, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between.

We only store your full credit card details long enough to process your order unless you request us to hold details for use with further transactions.

Your credit card is not charged for goods that cannot be promptly supplied. If there are any problems with your order or there is to be an extended delay then we will attempt to inform you immediately by email or phone.
