Why do I need to learn Universal Self-Defence?

Self defence is like your seat belt; it dramatically improves your chances of survival from a very real threat that can happen anywhere, anytime. Everyone needs to learn self-defence!

Violence in our society is a reality that should not be ignored. It is in our homes, in our schools, playgrounds and sports fields, at our work place, on our streets; it can be around the next corner wherever you may go.
