Boxing Speed Ball Bladders

(SB-10) - Replacement speed ball bladder
* Designed for speed balls with valve at the bottom
* Colour varies from photo, usually comes in black
* Speed ball bladders can be difficult to remove and replace as they are glued in around the valve to keep it in place
* NO instructions come with the bladder so you may need a handyman with experience such as a tyre or bike repair person
* Approx. 11 x 8.5 inches when not inflated

Important Instructions: How to inflate your boxing ball? Before you inflate ball always moisten both the valve and the needle with silicone spray lubricant or glycerine oil. Slowly insert needle in straight with rotary motion. Only inflate ball until firm. Do not over inflate above the recommended pressure. Remove needle with rotary motion. Boxing balls are designed to only take low air pressure. Only use a hand pump and stop pumping once ball is firm to press with a bit of give in it so it is not too hard.
