Master's Tips: Always use good quality bag mitts to reduce impact on hands, joints and focus mitts.
Do not hold any target near your face, head or other vulnerable body areas to allow for target flying back or miss hits.
With strong hitters, just hold one target with both hands to the side of your body.
If you still have difficulty holding targets then ask hitter to lighten up and wear padded gloves.
