Master's Tips: Always consult with a qualified builder if you are ever in any doubt whether a wall or ceiling is structurally strong enough to take any fixture or mounted device.
Use good quality bag mitts to reduce impact on hands, joints and target pads.
Do not hold any target near your face, head or other vulnerable body areas to allow for target flying back or miss hits.
Hold target to the side of your body.
If you still have difficulty holding targets then ask hitter to lighten up and wear padded gloves.
