Suples Throwing Dummy Harness

(B224-Harness) - Special harness designed to return your Suples wrestling dummy to the standing position during training drills
* Execute and hone technique drills much faster and easier by not having to lift and return dummy to the standing position after every technique
* Practise drills you can do with the harness on your Dummy include:
Leg Shots with drive through
Double leg attacks with explosive lift
High Crotch explosive lifts
Duck under with lift (lifting the dummy off the mat)
Fireman's Carry - knee drop (for this drill you need to adjust the stance of the dummy)
* Dummy is not included, also rope to tie onto to harness is not included
