If you're like me, you have no place to hang a punching bag, but this free-standing bag is a great alternative. Don't be fooled by the photo, this thing is not a toy; it can definitely take a beating!
This bag came in 3 large, but light-weight boxes. It took 5 minutes to assemble, but 20 minutes to fill it up with water! The base of the stand can hold a lot of water (or sand).
The only drawback is that it moves if you hit it hard enough. I have it sitting on carpet, so movement is minimal, but it still needs some more friction to hold it in place.
Overall, this is a great product and it's definitely suitable for the beginner and intermediate user. It's great for stress-relief as well!
