Made from solid material, good joins. Vastly improved my ducking and weaving. A skill I hadn't had before using the ball. Easy to install, I have high ceilings with rafters in a stone and wood cottage up on the hill. Fits in perfectly inside the house, and doesn't disturb the neighbor's, they can't hear a thing.
