The adult classes represent amazing value for money and produce fantastic results if you are prepared to put in the effort. What is written is true.
I started with USDA in a serious way 3 years ago. In this time I have not only lost 12 kilos, improved my stamina and conditioning 10 fold and learned how to defend my self, I have completely improved my outlook on how I live my life. And I get to share the experience with my family. My 2 children, 6 & 8 years old actively participate as does my wife. Sure beats Playstation. It provides an avenue for positive growth and has assisted me in other areas such as work and study. The feeling of working in a group and helping each other achieve their goals is very special and rewarding. The instructors are superb and do not suffer from ego-itis. Of special note is seeing a class of children aged from 5 to 12 go through their paces. Come along and check out a class, it will be the start of something new and rewarding in many ways.
