How Often Do You Have Gradings?

Regular gradings tests for Universal Self Defence Academy members are generally held once every three months.

Members only go for their gradings when they have their instructors approval and when they are confident they have trained enough and have the necessary skill levels required.

When a student is ready to grade mostly depends on attendance and attitude.

Higher level grades usually take longer to achieve.
