Leather Floor To Ceiling Boxing Ball Dimensions:

IMPORTANT: Do not over tension the elastic cables. Over tensioning the cables may be dangerous and may cause the elastic cable to snap when in use.
Balls ship deflated and require inflating using a standard ball pump and needle.
The air valve is located on the bottom of the ball. Do not over inflate the bladder - this will shorten the life of the bladder.
Bladders are a consumable item and will need to be replaced over time.

Before you inflate ball always moisten both the valve and the needle with silicone spray lubricant, glycerine oil or vaseline.
Slowly insert needle in straight with rotary motion.
Boxing balls are designed to only take low air pressure.
Only inflate ball until firm.
Do not over inflate above the recommended pressure.
Only use a hand pump and stop pumping once ball is firm to press with a bit of give in it so it is not too hard.
Remove needle with rotary motion.

Masters Tips:
Do not try hitting too hard so you can feel the rhythm and master the floor to ceiling boxing ball very quickly.
Start with short jab punches hitting the boxing ball as it comes towards you.
Boxing balls are great for rhythm, timing, speed, accuracy and endurance.
